In this role, you will work closely with our team of educators to design and deliver lessons that integrate science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring junior teachers and contributing to the ongoing growth and improvement of our curriculum.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective iSTEAM lessons that integrate science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.
• Mentor and support junior teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure student progress and inform instructional decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of our iSTEAM curriculum.
• Promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of iSTEAM curriculum and best practices.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or Nearpod.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for innovative teaching methods and a commitment to student success.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
