HR Executive - Foreign Worker Management (Bali, Indonesia)

In this role, you will work closely with our restaurant managers, supervisors, and foreign workers to address any HR-related issues, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure that our foreign workforce is well-integrated into our company culture. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage visa and work permit applications for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with foreign workers to monitor their work performance, well-being, and any concerns they may have.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our foreign workforce.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and supervisors to address HR-related issues and provide support to foreign workers.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new foreign hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all foreign worker information, including visa status, work permits, and performance evaluations.
• Stay informed about changes in local labor laws and regulations, and ensure that our HR practices align with these updates.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, respect, and diversity among our foreign workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to foreign workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both foreign workers and management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with visa and work permit processing is a plus.
