As an Electrical & Automation Engineer at Camiloplas Jaya Makmur, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of industrial automation projects, from conceptualization to commissioning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop system designs, and ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems using industry-leading tools such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, and Wonderware System Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial automation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the organization.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, with a strong background in PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, and Wonderware System Platform.
• Certifications in industrial automation, such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or Certified Control System Technician (CCST), are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations, such as IEC 61131-3, ISA-88, and ISA-95.
