- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize advanced engineering tools and technologies such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in engineering.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in engineering processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
