📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and enforce robust security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Provide guidance and training to the team on security best practices and emerging threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our services.
• Report on security metrics and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in leading security initiatives.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or IBM QRadar.
• Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and incident response.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire the team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
