📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met using Trello and Asana.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining client records.
- Ensure all projects are documented and archived according to company policies.
- Assist with the organization of team meetings and workshops.
- Monitor and maintain the agency’s digital tools and software.
- Support the marketing team with data entry and reporting tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a digital agency or marketing firm.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and Monday.com.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
