📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

- Collaborate with registered nurses and doctors to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
- Assist with the administration of medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the patient care areas.
- Report any changes in a patient's condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in patient care.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare facility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
