📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Manage sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
