📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve dental team skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training needs and design effective training materials and methods.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to dental staff.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with management to ensure training goals align with clinic objectives.,Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and best practices.,Provide feedback and guidance to improve training outcomes.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental training or a similar role.,Proven track record in developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with dental software and equipment.,Certifications in dental training or related fields are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
