📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.,Analyze financial data to identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate tax risks.,Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and regulations, and provide guidance to the team.,Conduct audits and reviews of tax records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide tax advice and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.,Manage and mentor junior tax accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
