Singapore General Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our Research and Innovation Fund Management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of research and innovation funds.,Oversee the preparation and submission of research proposals and grant applications.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of funded research projects, ensuring they align with the allocated budget and timelines.,Foster collaboration and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the research and innovation ecosystem.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in research fund management.,Provide leadership and guidance to the research and innovation team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Represent Singapore General Hospital at national and international conferences and events related to research and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and innovation fund management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of research funding mechanisms, grant writing, and proposal development.,Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ethical guidelines and regulations governing research funding and management.,Experience in working with international partners and stakeholders is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
