PT Boga Duta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to support the company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
