📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their banking needs are met.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist clients with account opening and closing processes.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash.,Stay updated with the latest banking regulations and industry trends.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Provide training and support to new hires as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or banking role.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic accounting software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
