• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the villa's daily operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
• Organize and execute guest itineraries, including arranging transportation, dining reservations, and activity bookings.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Supervise and train the villa's staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Maintain the villa's cleanliness and order, ensuring all areas are immaculate and ready for guests.
• Oversee the inventory of amenities and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and readily available for guests.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring all special occasions are executed flawlessly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for guests and addressing their needs promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of luxury travel and hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive and operate a variety of vehicles.
