Mart Tech Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and driving cost savings. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of products to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution center, ensuring efficient and effective processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the logistics or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of operational staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
