📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Maintain high standards of food safety and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff.,Plan and prepare menus in accordance with health and safety regulations.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of kitchen supplies.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a kitchen environment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.,Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.
