📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.,Create visually stunning designs for various projects, including print and digital media, using industry-standard software and tools.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that all designs are aligned with the company's overall brand strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the graphic design industry, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the team's work.,Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, and that they are delivered on time and within budget.,Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and stay inspired.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success.,Strong portfolio of work, demonstrating a range of skills and abilities.,Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,A passion for design and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
