📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are able to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in hospitality management, restaurant management, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant software and technology.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well in a team and to take initiative.
