Agung Fitri Motor is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen job applicants through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
