📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the port, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Monitor and maintain safety standards and protocols within the port.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure optimal use of assets and personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations, including cargo handling, vessel berthing, and cargo movement.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian laws, regulations, and customs.,Certification in safety management and risk assessment is a plus.
