📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate guest relations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure smooth operations.,Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.,Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up on any necessary actions.,Train and mentor junior staff to uphold high standards of guest service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to guest relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.
