📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and design graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and effective.,Prepare and present design concepts to the team and stakeholders, providing clear explanations of the creative process.,Ensure all designs are of high quality and meet the company's standards before final delivery.,Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.,Provide support to other team members as needed, including assistance with layout and design tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.,Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop unique and effective design solutions.,Familiarity with print and digital design standards and best practices.
