📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with retail stores to promote and sell our consumer products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability in stores.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to store staff.
• Report sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales team.
• Participate in training sessions and sales promotions to enhance product knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with consumer products and retail industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
