As a Deputy Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, assisting the Head Recruiter in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
