Cemerlang Insurance is seeking a dedicated Deputy F&B Service to join our team in Manado. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service, including ordering, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Assist in training and supervising F&B staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Monitor food and beverage costs, and work with the finance team to control expenses.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of F&B service strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing F&B operations, including ordering, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food and Beverage Safety Manager (FBSM) certification is a plus.Experience with multi-unit operations is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills.
