📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies,Train and mentor junior staff members,Participate in menu planning and development,Assist in kitchen maintenance and cleaning,Support the kitchen team during peak hours

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian and international culinary techniques,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
