As an Assistant System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Backup and restore data to ensure business continuity.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT assets.,Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems promptly.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.Experience with cloud services (AWSAzureGoogle Cloud) is a plus.Familiarity with scripting languages (PythonPowerShellBash) is a plus.Certifications such as CompTIA A+Network+Security+or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
