📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for health, safety, and the environment.
