Dito Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Acquisition and Management Analyst to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing telecom infrastructure sites to support our growing network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and a proven track record in site acquisition and management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential telecom infrastructure sites.,Manage and maintain existing telecom infrastructure sites.,Coordinate with site owners, local government, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to expand our telecom infrastructure footprint.,Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess site suitability and potential.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition and management activities to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with site owners and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition and management in the telecom industry.,Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and technologies.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for site acquisition and management in Bali.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
