The Regional Government of Bangka Belitung Islands is seeking a dedicated and experienced Satpol PP Coordinator to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and oversee the activities of the Satpol PP (Public Order and Security Police) unit.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance public order and security in the region.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Satpol PP unit to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other government agencies and stakeholders to address public order and security issues.,Conduct regular training and development programs for Satpol PP personnel to improve their skills and knowledge.,Maintain effective communication and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.,Participate in emergency response and disaster management activities as required.,Ensure the effective management of resources and budgets allocated to the Satpol PP unit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in public order and security coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to public order and security.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a government vehicle.
