📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the production team to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Manage and maintain production equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.,Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other departments to coordinate production activities.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.,Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the production or manufacturing industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
