- Design and deliver parenting workshops that address the specific needs of our clients.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to help families implement parenting strategies in their daily lives.
- Consult with families to develop personalized plans for raising children.
- Utilize tools such as Parenting Time-Out (PTO) and Positive Discipline to create effective parenting solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in parenting.
- Collaborate with a team of parenting experts to share knowledge and support each other.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their continued growth and success.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in parenting education or a related field.
- Certification in parenting education or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of modern parenting techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.
