📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and schedule social media content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies and campaigns,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Report on social media metrics and insights to the marketing team,Assist in the creation of visual content such as graphics, infographics, and videos

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Proven experience in creating and scheduling social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail
